Located in Pererenan, conveniently clk, the gym is +7500sqft, equipped with +75 machines, Sauna and Ice Bath, a grass track, Olympic lifting platform, boxing equipment, InBody Body Composition Analyzer, massage tables, supplement bar, and plenty of natural light.

No public access is granted. Only coaches and their clients are permitted within the building. Brief body temperature health checks further ensure client safety.
Health Assessment
If you're not assessing, you are guessing. We'll take a brief period getting a better idea how your body moves and where potential barriers might be. Taking the time to understand the client's capacity and skill level allows for proper yet challenging workloads that promote safe growth.

You'll get to experience my style of training, my philosophy toward well-being, and my abilities as a coach. Be ready to sweat!
Game-Plan and Goal Setting
Based upon your starting capacity and goals, together we create a time-line, fitness program, and lifestyle structure to ensure you reach your ideals. Fair warning, I care about how you feel more than how you look!

Who Is Ruh?

          I mean, who are we all? But to the point, I am to my very core a fitness enthusiast. I live, breathe, eat, sleep, talk & walk, etc. all things well-being, nutrition, and performance. This isn't a job for me, it is simply my life.
          I come from a stereotypical refugee-status family that immigrated to small-town Canada in hopes of finding a better life. My greatest reward is seeing people re-capture their well-being, something I had previously thought I lost myself. In this small way, I contribute back to the community that's awarded me so much.
          This is my journey, shared with you, of becoming the best version of myself; I hope you’ll come along and become the best version of you!

Personalized training protocols based upon your specific goals and capacity. Ideal movement mechanics, skills training, alongside everything rehab, mobility, flexibility, & joint stability.

Monthly Progress Reports - scheduled outcomes in fat loss, muscle gain, and performance, such as strength. See your progress displayed as stats.
Mindset & Accountability
Mindset will be the biggest indicator of whether you are successful. Thankfully, just like your body, your mind can be trained to be more confident, resilient, motivated, and empowered using science-backed principles.

My role is to GUARANTEE you put the work in necessary for you to SUCCEED. I will be both your drill sergeant and cheerleader, to push you forward during the hardest times.
Nutrition & Well-Being
24HR nutrition monitoring for body composition and optimal health. Together, we create a sustainable and enjoyable diet plan to make sure you are left feeling nutritionally covered, full, energized, and satisfied.

Lifestyle coaching for optimized well-being & longevity. I will share with you my secrets that allow me to feel youthful, healthy, and energized, for the REST OF YOUR LIFE.
